Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Ordered family pizza, fully disappointed with taste. While tasting, missing the soul of pizza flavor. Not really recommend this for first time visitors.

I ordered a Cowboy with some changes. When we received, cooked and began eating, realized there was no spinach. To be fair it was a busy night, and mistakes happen. However - the story changed. I called just to give the shop a heads up about the oversight. The manager on duty answered my call. When I explained the situation and she looked up our order, she immediately took action to make things right. I was not expecting a refund nor replacement, but she wanted to ensure we were happy. Our pizza was remade to specifications in short order in spite of being busy. Well done to the company for empowering your shift managers, and kudos to the manager who took care of us. Thank you!!!

This is the first time ever that I ordered online for pick-up and I probably will never do it again. My pizza was not fully covered in plastic and the paper instructions that they include with the pizza was sitting right on my pizza. There was no plastic separating the paper and my food.

The young woman in there that made my pizza was so pleasant and personable. She visited with me the whole time she was making my pizza. Plan to try a 10.00 Tuesday.

In town visiting and the set up for this place felt chaos on a Saturday. First they didn’t mention which location I was calling to, thinking I was calling the other Smokey Hill location. Only to find out it was closed and had to drive the extra 12 mins to get here. Wasn’t greeted by any of the 3 employees with their heads down making pizzas. Was only one other customer and she was waiting in the corner. They finally got another employee from the back to work the register only for her to ask the other employee how to use it at each part. The pizza was not far off from tasting from a frozen pizza. I’ve had better at other locations.
